Steph is a graduate of the Reeds Spring School District. She graduated from Missouri Southern State University in 2001 with a B.S. in Business Administration and a focus on Marketing and Management, she is currently on track to earn a Masters in Teaching from Missouri State University. In addition to being head coach, she teaches Business Education at the High School, advises FBLA and Yearbook. She also serves on the Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and with her husband own a local business. The rest of the time you will find them spending time with their five children (ages 27-14), who attend Reeds Spring. On off days you can find the family enjoying surfing on Table Rock Lake and exploring the surrounding area. No stranger to cheer, Steph cheered through Middle School and High School.  Steph helped create the Reeds Spring Youth Cheer Program and is excited to be a part of building a dynasty with the RSHS Cheer squad!
